Do our teams understand AI, its capabilities, its limitations, and their evolving roles?

Are our workflows standardized, documented, and ready for AI integration?

Do we have the right platforms, security controls, privacy protections, and vendor oversight?

How will we monitor performance, validate outputs, manage risk, and continuously improve over time?
