AHFI, CHC, CPCO, CPC, CPMA, CRC
Alicia brings decades of experience in both clinical and administrative healthcare. She’s an expert in revenue cycle, compliance, auditing, and practice management, and often works with attorneys and healthcare leaders on fraud and abuse cases.
She helps organizations with coding reviews, claims analysis, and provider education to lower risk and recover revenue. Her background includes leadership at AAPC, consulting, running a family practice, teaching coding, and speaking and publishing nationally.
